Before your business trip

Before embarking on a business trip, it is a good idea to make sure that your passport is valid. Some countries require that your passport is valid for 180 days after entering the country. Further, visa or travel certificates are required in some countries. We always recommend that you check which travel recommendations are in effect for your destination.

If you are travelling to China or to the US, you must remember to apply for a visa before embarking on your journey.

China: You need a visa. You must fill in an application and provide your finger print. You also need an invitation from the business that you are visiting in China including information such as name, passport number, dates and more. You can read more here.

It is always a good idea to check the travel recommendations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark to find information about your destination.
