You will find the date of your payment in your payment plan, which you received with the insurance agreement. You will also find the payment plan in the same document as the insurance agreement when you log in to My Pages.

In the payment plan, you can also see how much money is withdrawn with each payment and when the deadline is.

The first charge you receive will often cover payment for more than 1 month. After that, you pay for 1 month at a time.​

If you have received an invoice, you must check whether your payment agreement is active.

• If the payment agreement is active, you do not need to do anything.
• If the payment agreement is not active, you must pay the invoice.​​

We give you several options for setting up a payment plan that splits up your payments in a way that suits your needs:

• 1 time annually,
• 2 times every 6 months,
• 4 times every 3 months (per quarter), or
• every month (requires payment via Betalingsservice).
