What are the rules for travelling to China or the USA?
If you are travelling to China or to the US, you must remember to apply for a visa before embarking on your journey.
China: You need a visa. You must fill in an application and provide your finger print. You also need an invitation from the business that you are visiting in China including information such as name, passport number, dates and more. You can read more here.
Which health care providers can I use while travelling abroad?
Our recommendation is that you contact our emergency center. They will have up-to-date information of the best health care providers abroad. They can assist you in finding a suitable provider in their quality-assured network. In the vast majority of cases they will also be able to provide a guarantee of payment.
Covid-19 tests and certificates
The insurance covers Covid-19 test as part of the treatment if there are symptoms of Covid-19. The insurance does not otherwise cover expenses for Covid-19 tests or certificates.
