Non-emergency: If you have questions or want to file a claim, you can contact our claims service for businesses at all bank days between 8:30 and 16:00.
How do I file a claim?

What do I need to do if I still need treatment after returning to my country of residence?
The travel insurance offers no coverage for treatment in the country of residence. The insurance only covers while one is abroad on a business trip.
